You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, provide high-quality patient care, conduct admission visits, assess patient eligibility for home care services, and devise tailored care plans.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Education : Graduate of an accredited diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.\n
• Licensure : Must hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse.\n
• Driver's License : Current state Driver's License is required.\n
• Experience : Minimum one year of RN experience; two years preferred.\n
• Certifications : Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis consent / declination required.\n
