Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Web3 Community Manager & Social Media Lead to own our social presence end-to-end and run a best-in-class X / Twitter, Discord, Farcaster, Telegram, and Reddit. You'll pair strategy with hands-on content design to jump into crypto-native conversations in real time, grow distribution, and keep our community safe, informed, and excited.

Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Execution

  • Own channel strategy across X / Twitter, Discord, Farcaster, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • Build and maintain a 2–4 week content calendar plus a daily newsroom cadence for rapid responses to market events.
  • Write high-signal posts : threads, quote tweets, explainers, memes, carousels, short video / reels; ship quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Coordinate product announcements, integrations, and AMAs / Spaces with partners.
  • Content & Design (Hands-On)
  • Produce crypto-native assets fast (Figma / Canva preferred; light motion skills a plus).
  • Turn complex mechanics (hedging, peg logic, loop / unwind) into clear visuals and simple copy.
  • Maintain a lightweight brand kit and reusable templates for speed and consistency.

Community & Discord

  • Refine server architecture, onboarding, roles, verification, and safety.
  • Draft Moderation SOPs, and an escalation matrix; recruit / train mods.
  • Host weekly events (AMAs, office hours), manage announcements, and keep the server scam-free.

    • Programs, Growth & Partnerships

  • Design points / quests, referral drives, and UGC contests tied to real product actions.
  • Coordinate co-marketing with wallets, DEXs, lenders, analytics platforms, and creators.
  • Spin up lightweight ambassador / advocate initiatives.

    • Analytics, Reporting & Risk

  • Define KPIs; deliver weekly dashboards (growth, engagement, CTR, conversion, Discord MAU / retention).
  • Monitor brand risk; lead crisis comms (phishing, impersonation, market stress) with clear, timely updates.
  • Enforce compliance guardrails (no promises of returns; proper disclosures and labeling for sponsored / partner content).

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years managing Web3 communities and social accounts with measurable growth.
  • A portfolio showing crypto-native content (threads, memes, infographics, short video) and examples of fast-turn execution .
  • Hands-on design skills in Figma / Canva (bonus : After Effects / Premiere / CapCut) ; basic motion / animation competency.
  • Deep familiarity with Crypto Twitter culture and etiquette; comfortable engaging influential accounts.
  • Proven Discord ops : channel / role design, bot setup (e.g., Carl-bot, MEE6, Wick), automations, anti-raid, moderation SOPs.
  • Data-literate : native analytics + UTM tracking; can turn insights into experiments and iteration.

    • Nice-to-Haves

  • On-chain analytics literacy (Dune, Nansen) and data storytelling.
  • Experience with quest / loyalty tools (Zealy, Galxe, Guild.xyz) and community platforms (Dework, CharmVerse).
  • Comfort hosting Spaces / Stage events; English + additional languages is a plus.
