The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our New York team. You’ll design social-first creative that captures attention, tells a story, and performs across paid and organic channels.

You’ll collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and editors to bring ideas to life across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a sharp creative eye, strong sense of composition and motion, and experience working in fast-moving creative environments.

What you'll be doing

• Design and adapt visual assets for paid and organic social campaigns.
• Support and occasionally lead design for brand content, pitch decks, and campaign materials.
• Translate briefs into clear, high-performing design concepts.
• Experiment with new tools, formats, and trends in digital design.
• Work in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools to deliver high-quality work quickly.
