Lange Logistics is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Team.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the administrative and accounting functions of the sales department. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks, maintaining accurate sales records, handling sensitive customer inquiries, and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.
