About The Position

Breast Imaging Radiologist Locums - Michigan, Holiday Coverage

Breast Imaging assignment in Michigan with no call or weekends; ideal for a focused holiday locums block.

Highlights

  • 8-day holiday coverage; Dec 22-24, 26, 29-31, and Jan 2
  • No weekends or call
  • Outpatient-only in a dedicated breast health clinic

Practice Setting

  • Outpatient breast imaging within a cancer wellness center
  • Support from nurse navigator, ARNP, and techs
  • EMR : EPIC + Dragon
  • ~80 mammograms + 4 procedures / day

    • Schedule

  • Daily hours : 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM
  • No additional coverage beyond set holiday dates
  • On-site presence preferred for procedures

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Breast ultrasound, MRI, and stereotactic biopsies
  • Physician must perform and interpret all procedures

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years) in Radiology
  • MQSA-compliant
  • Active Michigan license or IMLC LOQ
  • ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
