Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using various tools and methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline
Engage with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers to implement innovative recruiting strategies and ensure compliance with recruitment regulations
Required Qualifications
4 - 5+ years of recruiting experience in IT / Software / SaaS
Experience using AI in the recruiting process
Proven track record of managing and closing multiple requisitions
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
