NOW HIRING - Spine Associate (Spine Apprenticeship) – Greater Austin, TX

We’re hiring a Spine Associate in Austin - a rarely available, hands-on spine apprentice role in the pinnacle of med device sales…spine and neurosurgery.  Our ideal candidate is someone with the right blend of intelligence, drive, humility, and grit.

This is an entry-level position, but it’s definitely not for everyone.  Folks who do best are former athletes (think cross-country runner, swimmer, or wrestler) or high-performing individual contributor from a team-based discipline. Why? This business is incredibly competitive, fast paced, and is often physically and emotionally demanding.  We look for candidates who know what it means to commit deeply, grind through discomfort, and show up for others.

If you’re hired you’ll be trained and mentored by spine experts with decades of experience in the operating room, clinic, and field. This is a “learn-by-doing” role - immersive, demanding, and deeply rewarding.
