Job Title : Facilities HVAC / R Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC / R equipment within the facility. The role includes inspecting, operating, and testing facility equipment while ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations. Additionally, responding to emergency maintenance calls is a key responsibility.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a shopping store environment. While hours are typically first shift, technicians are required to be on-call one week every 4-6 weeks for after-hours support. A premium is provided whether any calls are answered or not, with an 8-hour rest period between after-hours calls. The maximum number of work orders during on-call duty is four, after which the technician is no longer on-call.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $81598.00 - $106579.00 / yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Canton,GA.
