Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing

Nashville, TN

$80k + Commission + Bonus

Earn $400 per customer sign on + lucrative commission each sale!

In the past 8 years this commercial roofing contractor has skyrocketed from 1 branch to 23 across the Eastern and Central States, growing their annual revenue from $12m to $300m!

Now, they’re charging toward their bold 10-year goal : 50 branches nationwide and $1billion in revenue.

Your Role

  • Identify new prospects through strategic prospecting activities
  • Employ solution-selling techniques to close deals and finalize contracts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate agreements with confidence and professionalism

    Key Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in construction sales (Commercial roofing preferred)
  • A passion for building partnerships and delivering value
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
