What You’ll Do

• Deliver High-Impact Medical Care : Provide preventive, diagnostic, surgical, and emergency services for shelter animals, including high-volume spay / neuter and complex procedures.
• Lead and Mentor : Supervise and develop veterinary technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of compassionate, high-quality care.
• Shape Medical Standards : Design and implement evidence-based medical protocols that improve outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Champion Animal Welfare : Support animal cruelty investigations through expert assessments and testimony that protect vulnerable animals.
• Collaborate for Community Health : Partner with local agencies, universities, and nonprofits to expand access to veterinary care and strengthen public health initiatives.
