After-School Program Scheduler

Location : Hybrid – Philadelphia, PA (19102)

Compensation : $26 / hour

Schedule : Part-Time (28 hours / week, 36-week contract)

About the Role :

A nonprofit organization is seeking an organized and detail-oriented After-School Program Scheduler to coordinate programs for Kindergarten through 8th grade students in the School District of Philadelphia. This contract role is funded by a state grant and involves liaising with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of after-school programming.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and coordinate after-school programs for K–8 students across the School District of Philadelphia
• Serve as a liaison between vendors, schools, and district staff to ensure program requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records of program schedules, participant lists, and vendor assignments
• Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and resolution of scheduling issues
• Support program administration and reporting requirements related to state grant funding
