Title : Order Administration Support

Overview :
A major enterprise in Westminster, CO is seeking an Order Administration Support professional to join their team. This role focuses on managing order processing, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting customer service and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and ERP systems, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Support contract administration and customer service functions
- Maintain and update data across Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order or system issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards
Qualifications :
2–5 years of experience in order administration, sales support, or a related roleProficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management toolsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ERP systems, Oracle, or SAP preferredFamiliarity with global tax / VAT and export procedures a plusBachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)Talent Groups is committed to equal employment opportunity.
