job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Communicate with site staff, visitors, and / or contractors to provide guidance on security-related matters. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
