DSCR Loan Processor

A company is looking for a DSCR Loan Processor to join its lending team.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage loan files to ensure completeness and accuracy of DSCR loan applications

Communicate with borrowers and brokers, providing timely updates and guidance

Collect and verify necessary documents while ensuring compliance with lending standards

Required Qualifications

3+ years of loan processing experience (DSCR, non-QM, or business-purpose loans)

Deep understanding of DSCR guidelines and real estate investor financing

High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously

Familiarity with LOS systems and workflow platforms

Experience with multifamily or small-balance commercial loans is a plus
