BAYADA @ Bayhealth is hiring a compassionate Home Health Admissions RN to join our team, providing one-on-one care (Admissions, Assessments, etc) to adult and geriatric clients throughout Sussex County.\n\nAs an Admissions RN, you'll be the first point of contact for our new clients—conducting start-of-care visits, comprehensive assessments, and building strong clinical foundations for ongoing care in the comfort of patients' homes.\nWhy You'll Love This Role : \n

• Active RN license in Delaware\n
• At least one year of clinical experience\n
• Strong assessment and documentation skills\n
