Mon : 10 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Tues–Thurs : 6 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Fri : 6 AM – 7 PM

Sat : 7 AM – 5 PM

Sun : 8 AM – 3 PM

• ?? LPN Duties Include :

Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming environment ??

Take and document vitals accurately

Review and ensure intake forms are complete and correct

Explain aftercare instructions clearly and compassionately

Provide supportive, personalized care that makes patients feel seen and heard

• ?? Requirements :

Must hold an active LPN license (Indiana)
