Single Dad so things can get hectic so plenty of laundry, cleaning, organizing to do. Recently moved, so its even more difficult to get it all done.

I am seeking housework, laundry, organizing, simple errands, and other chores that don't always get done properly. There will be some light packing of items and helping sell / donate old toys, clothes, shoes, etc because space is now limited.

20-30 hrs week possible for right person. Obviously, this is an arrangement that we would need to talk through in detail. We just need to cover the basics, personal space and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the home. Basically, I'm a very open-minded and easy-going person, so I just don't blend well with pushy, bossy or aggressive people.
