Overview
The scope of this role involves leading the day-to-day production oversight across multiple client accounts and deliverables, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients, Creative Directors, and other project leads. The role includes overseeing project managers while coordinating closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to maintain alignment and efficiency. Reporting directly to the COO, this position is responsible for identifying and resolving complex production bottlenecks and workflow challenges. A key focus is on ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also driving overall revenue growth and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives communication across internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity
- Oversees entire production process across multiple workstreams (static, motion, digital, social)
- Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to facilitate the company’s growth
- Mentors and supervises Project Managers, ensuring consistency in timelines, scopes and deliverables
- Partners with creative and account leadership to translate briefs into actionable production plans
- Facilitates project kickoffs, resource planning, schedules and status updates
- Forecasts and manages production bandwidth, staffing needs, and external vendor support
- Upholds quality control at all stages—creative output, client experience and operational execution
- Escalates risks and roadblocks early and provides actionable solutions
- Fosters a calm, solution-oriented culture under pressure
- Supports recruitment and growth of the production department
- Participates in leadership meetings to expand capabilities, improve workflow, and scale operations

7 years in creative production across film, TV, gaming, or entertainment marketing
