Territory Sales Manager- Payroll / HCM

We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us bring our innovative solutions to merchants throughout the area.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and bring in net new business from prospects
• Recruit, grow, and lead a smaller team of sales professionals
• Use a consultative approach to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships
• Run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in target vertical markets (restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more)
• During training, work with Division Manager and Atlas, our tablet-based CRM, for lead generation, sales presentations, value analysis, and paperless contracts
• Coach and train Relationship Managers to help achieve sales goals
• Set your own work schedule, work primarily from a home office, and maximize residuals from your business
• Recruit, hire, and grow your sales team; participate in talent scouting and interviews
• Maintain a professional demeanor and integrity; operate with urgency and a strong work ethic
