The ideal candidate will :
Staff rotating Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist shifts with our other outpatient pharmacy staff pharmacists
QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD Pharmacy degree.
Current license to practice pharmacy in the state of CA or must obtain within 60 days of hire
Immuization Certified with active BLS card
Skills :
Able to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Able to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.
Able to set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond quickly to emergency requests.
Able to meet the pharmaceutical needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, psychiatric, oncologic, obstetric, chemically dependent and rehabilitation patient.
