We offer a dynamic, collaborative environment where your voice is valued. We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with a strong background in family law to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will bring passion, drive, and dedication to delivering outstanding results for our clients. Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs with precision and diligence.
- Prepare for trials, depositions, and hearings to advance litigation processes.
- Provide every client with a legal update at minimum every 21 days from the legal team.
- Enter all billable hours into the case management system concurrently and accurately.
- Respond to client and case-related phone calls and emails within 24 business hours.
- Verify that each client has funds in trust before performing extensive work; inform Accounting to request replenishment if needed.
- Attend mandatory weekly scrum meetings.
- Strategize, execute, and complete assigned cases with tasks and due dates entered into the case management system before weekly scrum meetings.
- Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.
- Manage the caseload to progress toward timely and efficient resolutions.
- Review drafts from paralegals and provide comments within 24–48 hours.
- Participate in firm marketing efforts, such as networking and presentations, as required.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in family law.Eligible to Practice Law in Florida; Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think strategically.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Empathetic communicator with a client-first mindset.Familiarity with Florida state court rules and procedures.Bilingual (Spanish) required.Why You'll Love Working With Us

Schedule : 8 hours shift, Monday to Friday.
Ability to Commute : Office locations in South Florida may be necessary according to the needs of the firm.
Work Location : In person, Hybrid and Remote.
Compensation : $90,000 - $230,000 DOE
