Field Service & Installation Engineer - Midwest Territory

Elementar Americas is recruiting a Field Service & Installation Engineer to provide on-site repair, maintenance and installation of analytical instruments across the Midwest (Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, North and South Dakota). The role is full-time, partially remote and offers a salary of $65,000–$90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Install, validate, repair and maintain Elementar elemental analyzers and peripherals on customer sites.
• Conduct technical training for customers, service engineers and internal support personnel.
• Document all repairs and product failures, and provide design change and improvement recommendations as appropriate.
• Manage spare part inventory in accordance with company policies.
• Provide remote technical support and assistance to customers from home office.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to support customers and internal personnel.
• Submit all required reports and paperwork promptly.
• Promote sales of Service Contracts and Warranty Extensions.
