This role is on site three days a week in New York, NY. The client is a global financial institution with active trading operations in Equity Derivatives, and Securities Lending.

Job Description

Seeking a Business Analyst with experience supporting Equity and Equity Listed / OTC Options trading execution platforms-preferably Fidessa, EMSX, Dash, or similar (e.g., Flextrade)-along with knowledge of FIX messaging / gateways and booking systems.

• Provide Level 1 functional and technical support for front office trading applications across Equity Derivatives and Delta One.
• Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to gather business requirements and improve application functionality.
• Log, manage, and escalate user-reported incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Test new features, bug fixes, and system updates to ensure they meet business needs.
• Coordinate with IT development teams to implement enhancements and communicate status updates.
