Overview

Tradesmen International is seeking highly motivated and experienced Turbine Millwrights to join our growing team. The pay range is up to $35 / hour based on experience plus $175 / Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise, expand your knowledge, and experience different parts of the country, all while being well-compensated for your skills and time.

Job Scope :

Installation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of various types of turbines

• Perform precision alignment, leveling, and installation of turbine components and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of steam, gas, and hydro turbines
• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repair solutions
• Perform disassembly and reassembly of turbines and related machinery
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and parts used
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate effectively with on-site personnel and other contractors

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turbine Millwright
