Member Support Specialist
Edison Health Solutions (EHS) is seeking a Member Support Specialist to join our Tulsa office. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service to members and providers by assisting with questions about health benefits, FSA accounts, eligibility, and claim statuses.

What You'll Do :
Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone and email
Help members understand benefits, FSA accounts, and claim information
Provide accurate, timely, and professional support
Document interactions and ensure compliance with HIPAA
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
What We're Looking For :
Prior customer service experience (healthcare or benefits a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask with attention to detail
Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
