As we continue to scale, our operations team plays a vital role in ensuring every order is fulfilled with precision, care, and a customer-first mindset.

Role Purpose

At Mejuri, our Temporary Retail Operations Associates are essential to delivering the exceptional customer experience we're known for. You'll support our Ship-From-Store operations by ensuring online orders are picked, packed, and shipped with accuracy and carehelping get the right products to the right customers as quickly as possible. This temporary full-time role runs from November 12th through December 4th, with the possibility to extend through December 24th based on business needs. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) alongside a passionate, high-performing retail operations team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. Availability

• Must be available part-time, Saturday and Sunday, for the duration of the temporary term (November 12 November 30), with potential extension to December 24.
• Must be available during key operational periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and product launch events.

This role currently has a base pay of $18-$20 per hour based on a candidate's experience and qualifications.
