Fashion Design / Apparel Design Education Background

10+ years of experience in the Women's Apparel industry, including at least 5 years' Team Management background.

Women's Apparel Product Strategy & Plan for Long-term & Short-term

Lead Design & Buying Team

Fashion & Market Trend

Cross-department cooperation with sales, marketing, supply chain, operation, etc.

Cross Culture cooperation & management skill with foreigner colleagues.
