Job Description :

  • The Manufacturing Technician will work in a cleanroom environment to produce high-quality products following detailed documented procedures.
  • The role requires adherence to cleanroom protocols, performing visual quality checks, identifying and correcting non-conforming parts, and meeting manufacturing output requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols, including wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE.
  • Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products per documented procedures.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform visual checks of products to assure quality.
  • Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
  • Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
  • Work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
  • Maintain good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email).
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Sit and / or stand for extended periods of time as required.

    • Requirement / Must Have :

  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years of post-secondary / associate's degree with 0–2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.
  • Good hand / eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Close attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to perform basic functions on a PC / Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Teamwork oriented and able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to make quality decisions quickly and demonstrate patience.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience handling small products or microchips (parts no larger than a quarter in diameter).
  • Ability to lift 3–5 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required.
  • Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call-offs.

    • Degree / Certification Requirements :

  • HS Diploma / GED with 4 years' experience.

    • Degree / Certification Preferences :

  • 2 years post-secondary / associate's degree with 0–2 years of prior related experience.
