What You Will Do :
- Support hiring, onboarding and offboarding process for the program
- Review customer billing requirements and manage projects in IPMS.
- Support Project managers and leads for invoicing, audits, finance reports
- Assist program with the preparation of Change Orders avoiding revenue at risk.
- Prepare presentations, workflows, process documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to Project Managers and Program Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and organize Open houses, lunch and learn sessions, training sessions, employee engagement events and host customer gatherings.
- Support creation and maintenance of US Program Training Academy and customer dashboard
- Keep the metrics up to date and drive automation where possible
- Create presentations and dashboards as needed
- Ensure compliance w.r.t Cyber security Requirements of Customer
- Support day to day staff and office requirements
- Be the culture advocate and drive culture initiatives for the program
- Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Your role is to function as the primary point of contact for internal business partners on all matters pertaining to the Program operations
What You Will Bring :
Associates degree with 1 3 years of previous experience in a project coordination or administration role required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good organization skills and follow-throughExcellent written and verbal communication abilities.Familiarity with construction documents and processes is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI, Python programming experience.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Pay Range : ($50K-$55K)Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Travel Requirements : Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required.
