Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation skills, proven courtroom experience, and a passion for client advocacy. This role requires a professional who can independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with our legal team to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through trial.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Maintain consistent client communication and provide updates on case progress.
Collaborate with staff to prepare cases for trial and ensure timely filings.

Qualifications :

Licensed Attorney in New Jersey (in good standing).

Minimum 5 years of courtroom experience in personal injury law.

Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
