• And much more\n\nPosition Summary : \n\nWe are seeking a dedicated RN House Supervisor to manage patient flow throughout our facility, from the Emergency Department to inpatient care and discharge. You will play a key role in conflict resolution, service recovery, and applying critical thinking in challenging situations. Each day brings new challenges, from overseeing patient flow and responding to codes, to conducting audits and addressing unforeseen issues. As a leader during night shifts and weekends, you will be the go-to person for navigating complex circumstances.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current unencumbered RN license in Iowa or a Compact State\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification\n
• Five (5) years of RN experience\n
• Three (3) or more years as Charge RN\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
• Experience in emergency or intensive care settings\n
