POSITION TITLE : Therapist / LPHA

DEPARTMENT : Casa Raphael

REPORTS TO : Clinical Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

Therapist / LPHA, in collaboration with the Director of Alcohol and Drug Services, Case Managers, and Substance Abuse Counselors, will be responsible for case management, mental health assessment, provide group and individual counseling and develop an individual treatment plan.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Treatment 80%

• Develop, record, and monitor (weekly basis) client's Individual Treatment Plans to ensure progress toward client's treatment;
• Conduct Mental Health screenings and assessments;
• Facilitate co-occurring treatment groups;
• Provide crisis intervention; and
• Provide clinical support to alcohol and drug counselors.

Administration 10%

Reporting & Compliance 10%
