Responsibilities

Position involves drafting and researching the law, court appearances, presentations in front of courts and administrative agencies. 80% of the cases are from MA; 20% from NH. We have 2 offices in Lawrence, MA and Manchester, NH.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE AREAS OF PERSONAL INJURY AND WORKERS COMPENSATION WITH 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH LEGAL RESEARCH.
