Position Summary
Watchmaker Genomics is inviting applications for the full-time position of Commercial Operations Specialist Technical Product Owner, based in Boulder, Colorado (onsite) or remote.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and plays a key role in optimizing commercial operations. This role will serve as the technical product owner of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and be responsible for driving data integrity, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives. The position will work cross-functionally to ensure Salesforce and related commercial systems effectively support the company's growth.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or related roles. Experience in biotech, life sciences, and start-up environments is highly desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for the Commercial Operations Specialist role starts at $100,000-$130,000 + bonus + equity; actual pay will be adjusted based on skills and experience. Employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off and holidays, employer covers 75% of the base medical plan with buy-up options, EAP (employee assistance program), employer-paid dental, employer-paid vision, employer-paid $25,000 life / AD&D policy, paid parental leave, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% match.
