About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at a respected senior living community. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day resident care, supervising nursing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate care planning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of resident care and wellness
- Supervise and schedule nursing staff and care partners
- Oversee medication administration and care plan updates
- Coordinate with physicians, vendors, and family members
- Ensure compliance with AHCA and other regulatory bodies
- Personally fill vacant shifts if coverage cannot be secured
