This position will provide direct support to the Vice President of Finance across multiple key areas. Responsibilities include managing banking relationships, overseeing monthly and annual reporting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role also supports insurance activities by gathering renewal information and evaluating strategic alternatives. The incumbent will play an active role in M&A transactions through due diligence, data room management, and post-acquisition integration of accounting and business processes. Contributions to advancing automation and AI implementation within financial operations and assisting with special projects to meet evolving business demands are expected.
