A company is looking for an ADA Unit Leader to manage a team investigating Disability and Absence claims.
Key Responsibilities
Guide team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources for success
Identify and address barriers in claims management, escalating issues as necessary
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback linked to performance objectives
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Disability and / or Absence Management experience
Comprehensive understanding of disability and absence management provisions
Basic knowledge of medical conditions and FMLA / PFML requirements
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Associate Degree preferred
