Family Law Attorney (2+ years experience required)

• What We're Looking For :
• Experience : Ideally, you'll have 4+ years of family law experience, but we're open to strong candidates with less. If you've got courtroom chops, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for helping people navigate tough transitions, you're in the right place.
• Licensure : Must be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar.
• Mindset : We're looking for someone who's responsive, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running, or at least jog confidently.
• Focus Area : We have a strong focus on military family law, including issues unique to service members and their families. Prior experience with military cases is not required - we can train the right candidate.
• What You'll Do :
• Manage your own caseload (with support and mentorship as needed)
• Handle matters including divorce, custody, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, and related family law issues
• Appear in court, attend mediations, and work closely with clients
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and best practices
• Help us continue raising the bar in client service and firm culture
