The Continuous Improvement Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining a continuous improvement strategy throughout our manufacturing facility. This role will lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall quality and productivity. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategy & Leadership : Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with company goals. Lead, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on the principles and tools of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement : Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction (Muda), and efficiency gains. Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other problem-solving workshops.
• Project Management : Manage and execute a portfolio of continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Data Analysis : Use data-driven approaches to analyze processes, identify root causes of problems, and measure the impact of improvements. Utilize statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma) to drive data-based decisions.
• Training & Development : Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) to build internal capabilities and empower employees.
• Culture & Communication : Champion a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and results to all stakeholders.
• Best Practices : Stay current with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in continuous improvement and manufacturing technology.
