Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our clinical team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while collaborating with leadership to enhance counseling skills and the quality of care for our patients.

Essential Functions :

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP regulations within the clinic's budget.
• Keep management informed of significant treatment events and make recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews.
• Support the achievement and maintenance of accreditation status through recognized bodies.
• Provide clinical supervision and necessary documentation for clinical staff.
• Document patient progress and report any abuse, neglect, or exploitation as required.
• Participate in community relations activities and ensure understanding of policy manuals.
• Act in the best interests of the program and company, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
