Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,649 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, flexible Employment Type : Travel Holidays AS REQUIRED. EVERY OTHER WEEKEND. Our Emergency Departments offer comprehensive emergency medical services to all age groups and staffed 24 / 7 by a highly trained team to meet the needs of the community. Our ED team is composed of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff. Our Regional Medical Center Emergency Department is a 54-bed state designated Level III Trauma Center as well as a Level II Stroke Center. The Regional Medical Center ED treats more than 60,000 patients per year. Our Nurse to Patient ratio ranges from 1 : 1 with our critical / trauma patients to 1 : 3-4 on all other patients. Education - Required

• Associated degree in nursing Certifications – Required OR RED CROSS ACCEPTED
• AHA ACLS
• AHA BLS
• AHA PALS
• NIH Certifications – Required
• TNCC Licenses – Required
• Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses' accepted)
• NURSYS Experience - Required :
• 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty.
