Phoenix Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to join our Construction Division . What You'll Do :

  • Assist in installing HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and fiberglass ductwork for commercial construction projects.
  • Work closely with experienced technicians to gain valuable on-the-job training.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on job sites.

Who We're Looking For :

  • Energetic and reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude .
  • Quick learners with mechanical aptitude and a willingness to grow.
  • Experience in other trades (electrical, plumbing, automotive, roofing, etc.) is a plus.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in a trade
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on active construction sites.
