A well-regarded Bellevue law firm is seeking a  Temporary Legal Assistant (4790)  to provide essential support to its busy estate planning and probate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a respected practice while stepping in during a transitional period for the team.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in the estate planning and probate group
• Draft basic pleadings and assist with general document preparation
• Maintain organization across a high volume of active matters
• Manage calendars, filing systems, and deadlines
• Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure smooth case progression
• Assist in case management from intake through final disposition

What We’re Looking For :

This is an onsite role based in Bellevue, WA, with a target start date within the next 2 weeks. Duration is TBD, depending on staffing needs. If you’re detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to support a high-functioning team, we’d love to hear from you!

Compensation :   $27.00 to $35.00 Hourly, DOE
