Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.Excellent knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.CPR Certification.Preferred Experience
Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.A desire to continue learning and growing your clinical skills.Ability to meet the clinical needs as required by the office.Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.Who is Heartland Dental?
