As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager Lead at Google, you lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. You plan requirements with customers (mainly stakeholders) and own projects and capacity delivery for the operations teams. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks (escalation management), and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span multiple locations, time zones, and it's your job to keep all the stakeholders coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

The Data Center Operations Fleet PMO facilitates and meets customers' needs by enabling Google's Global Data Center Operations to deliver capacity securely, reliably and optimizing fleet lifecycle operations.

Our mission is to facilitate Google's Global Data Center and server operations team. We drive operational excellence through the consistent and predictable delivery of fleet deployment, operations and maintenance programs. Our team serves as Data Center PM authority on fleet deployment, operations programs and project delivery. We maintain full oversight of the overall fleet lifecycle portfolio. We keep Data Center and Global Server Operations leadership team and the overall TI & Data Center community informed.

From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 4 years of management experience with direct reports.
• Experience with Data Center Infrastructure or IT Infrastructure.
