Customer Sales Support Representative has the following responsibilities :

• Work with customers to support them in their telecommunications search as they inquire about new devices
• Coaching, training, and developing team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Assist customers in processing their sales orders for new wireless or internet services
• Stay up to date with the newest services, updates and promotions offered by AT&T
• Conduct sales reviews and strategic planning
• Participating training to enhance skills as a Customer Sales Support Specialist
• Maintain a positive attitude when working with customers to assist them with orders
