A company is looking for a Director of Employment and Contract Law.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and maintenance of employment law policies and procedures
Advise senior management and HR on complex employment law matters
Oversee drafting, negotiation, and review of employment and consultancy contracts
Required Qualifications and Experience :
10+ years qualified attorney with significant experience in employment and contract law
Law firm experience preferred
Proven track record in a senior legal role within a large or complex organization
Knowledge of US employment legislation and regulatory requirements
Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating employment and commercial contracts
