Sterlyn Silver Corp is a growing jewelry manufacturer that partners with leading fashion and lifestyle brands.
We’re looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to support our key brand accounts, manage day-to-day communication, and help move projects seamlessly from design through production.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about fashion or jewelry — someone who enjoys being the link between creative ideas and finished products.
What You’ll Do
Communicate daily with brand clients and internal teams to track project progress.Coordinate with our design, CAD, and production teams overseas to ensure smooth execution.Manage timelines, sample approvals, and quality checks from start to finish.Support pricing, order tracking, and production updates for assigned accounts.Identify ways to strengthen partnerships and streamline the client experience.What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in account coordination, production, merchandising, or client service (fashion or jewelry preferred).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong follow-up and attention to detail.Familiarity with overseas vendor communication or production coordination.A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude.Why Join Sterlyn Silver
