Job Description

Job Title : Material Maintenance Trainer

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $29 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Material Maintenance Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering entry-level material maintenance training and supporting curriculum development to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions using adult learning principles.
Teach classes independently and assist other instructors.
Utilize standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.
Contribute to annual training needs assessments.
Track competencies and staff skills in a training database.
Provide training reports to managers and directors.
Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree required (equivalent work experience may substitute).

At least 1 year of material maintenance experience.

Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven organizational and time management ability.
