Who You Are

Youre detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy keeping processes clean and compliant, and youre comfortable juggling multiple tasks that require accuracy, follow-up, and communication. With at least 2+ years of experience in supply chain, data management, or related fields (ideally in the beverage alcohol industry), youre ready to take on a role where your work directly supports operations and compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Compliance Coordinator , youll be the primary point of contact for ensuring that all products, vendors, and processes meet federal, state, and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Preparing and submitting brand label registrations and renewals with state ABC boards
  • Reviewing and assessing supplier-provided labels for compliance accuracy
  • Managing COLA submissions with the TTB end-to-end
  • Maintaining compliance records and ERP master data
  • Supporting the purchasing team during peak seasons with item setup and approvals
  • Creating and maintaining vendor records, SKUs, and procurement data
  • Conducting regular data audits to ensure quality and consistency across systems

What You Need

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in Supply Chain, Master Data, Pricing, or related fields (beverage alcohol experience a plus)
  • Strong skills in data management, governance, and quality control
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook), SmartSheets, and ERP systems (Business Central preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
